In reception of your outstanding contribution to your
country and your community, your military career
was marked by deserved recognition for your accomplishments
ultimately resulting in your promotion to the rank of
Commander in the U.S. Navy.  Your success in the
fields of public relations, communications and
banking are worthy of the respect and admiration
of all.
