November 21, 2004
It is with honor that I preside as Chairperson over the Dedham High School Athletic Hall of Fame and welcome you to our annual induction ceremony.
The Dedham High School Athletic Hall of Fame was formed to permanently honor members of our community who have supported Dedham athletics as well as former graduates of Dedham High School who, during their years here and since, have brought honor to their alma mater and the Town of Dedham.
This year we are pleased to honor and induct twelve individuals into the Athletic Hall of Fame. Each individual, who will be honored tonight, has established himself or herself as a valued member of Dedham High School Athletics. Many of the inductees will be acknowledged for what they have accomplished on the athletic field while others for who they were and how they have influenced our athletes. For whatever reason brought us here tonight, let us hope that future athletes, coaches, teams and benefactors not only remember our illustrious athletic history, but also create some of their own.
We trust that this will be a memorable evening for you, your family and your friends and we thank you for sharing your accomplishments and your memories with us tonight.

School Song
Here's to Dedham High School.
Long may she live,
And may she ever
Be on top of the wave.
Dearly do we love her,
She's all right we say.
Long may we stand
By the Crimson and Gray.
